Delivery

The donations available on our Website are virtual products; therefore, no physical or downloadable product will be delivered. After making your first payment, you will receive confirmation by email. You will receive confirmation from both ViitorPlus – Association for Sustainable Development, confirming your order, and Netopia MobilPay, confirming the processing of your payment.

What a Donation Means

Funds raised through donations cover the costs of implementing the ViitorPlus Association’s Adoptă un Copac! afforestation project.

All donated amounts are used to plant, grow and maintain a tree for at least five years, until it becomes part of an established forest stand alongside the other trees. Donations also cover operational expenses, including workspace costs, transport and field visits, as well as administrative expenses.

Adoption Certificates

With every donation, we wish to thank our donors by offering them a tree adoption certificate confirming that our association will plant trees on their behalf or on behalf of another person they designate. Anyone wishing to receive a certificate may contact us at adoptauncopac@viitorplus.ro.

Managing Donations

Recurring donations can be viewed and managed in the My Account – Donations section. Here, you can check the status of your donation and its monthly renewal date, renew or cancel it manually, and enable or disable automatic renewal. For easy access, this section is available in the Website footer on every page.

Returns and Refunds

As these are virtual products, the return policy does not apply. If you would like to request a refund for a donation, please send a written request to adoptauncopac@viitorplus.ro.
